Oriental Charm is an oriental dance group from Bucharest made of three belly dancers with years of experience on stage, in TV shows, and private events.

Oriental dance is also known in Romania as Arabic or belly dancing. More and more often, the public is invited to admire oriental dancers at weddings. Din ce in ce mai des publicul este invitat si la noi in tara sa admire dansatoarele orientale la nunta.

The passion for the Egyptian dance and belly dance unites the dancers of the Oriental Charm group as Narmer, the first king of Egypt, united the territories and founded the first centralized state of human history in the XXXI century BC. The dedication and joy of dance are the basis of their constant evolution as artists.

Seminars and training courses in the country and abroad are constantly enriching the repertoire of the oriental danncers from Bucharest, which addresse the most beautiful, feminine and charming styles of oriental dance:

  • Baladi, Saidi, Hagala, Milaya Lef, Shaabi – Egyptian folk dances

The mission of the Oriental Charm dance group

The mission of our belly dancers is to promote authentic oriental art and to bring closer to the public the charm of Egyptian classical and folk dances.

Elegance, femininity, refinement, color, and connection with the energy of the public – this is the promise of belly dance in general and of the Oriental Charm group in particular, for an unforgettable artistic moment, either in Bucharest or in other cities in the country. The goal of the dancers is to share with the audience a part of the artistic overflow expressed as an emotion through dance.
